A Special Surprise from G-Bionic: Spreading the Spirit of Digitalization Through the "Surprise Desk"
On October 8, 2024, the G-Bionic team once again demonstrated its commitment to promoting the spirit of digitalization at Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) through a creative initiative called the "Surprise Desk." This activity served as a unique and personal way to communicate the company’s digital transformation message, leaving a lasting impression on PGE employees.
Greeting Employees with Meaningful Surprises
As part of the Surprise Desk, the G-Bionic team personally visited the desks of selected employees to deliver special treats and greeting cards containing a CEO Letter. The letter, written by PGE’s top leadership, served as a direct invitation to all employees to actively participate in the company’s ongoing digital transformation efforts, which are being rolled out across various business lines and operational units.This thoughtful gesture not only created a positive and joyful atmosphere but also delivered a strategic message: digitalization is not solely the responsibility of the IT team or transformation unit—it's a shared mission across the entire organization.
